What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is one full container. We accept 100 pcs per item and allow mixing 3-5 different items in a 1*20GP container. Bulk orders may be considered for specific items.
What kind of warranty do you provide?
We offer a 1-year warranty for Residential Grade quality and a 10-year warranty for Commercial Grade quality, provided the products are used appropriately.
Can I request a sample before placing a formal order?
Yes, we provide samples. We charge for the sample cost and freight, but the sample cost will be fully refunded once a formal FCL (Full Container Load) order is placed.
What materials are used in the sun lounger?
The lounger features a high-quality HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) plastic top and a robust powder-coated metal frame for maximum durability and outdoor resistance.
Do you accept customized sizes or designs?
Yes, we accept custom sizes to meet specific project requirements. We also work with clients to develop personalized products and new models.
What are the accepted payment and delivery terms?
We accept various delivery terms including FOB, CFR, CIF, EXW, DDP, and DDU. Payments can be made via T/T or L/C in USD or CNY.
