What is your MOQ? Can I order samples first?
Our MOQ for stock models is 100 units per mixed container. For OEM ODM projects, MOQ is negotiable based on design complexity. Yes, we offer samples (1-2 units) to evaluate quality, and we will deduct the sample cost from your first bulk order.
How does your compressed furniture reduce shipping costs?
Our patented vacuum compression technology reduces product volume by up to 70%. A 40HQ container can hold 280 compressed sofa units vs. only 80 regular sofas, significantly lowering freight costs per unit.
Can you customize products for my market (OEM/ODM)?
Absolutely! Our in-house R&D team can modify fabric, color, size, logo, and packaging. We also offer exclusive designs from your sketches. Lead time for prototypes is 15-20 days.
What is your typical delivery time for bulk orders?
Standard production time is 35 days after confirmation. For compressed furniture, we offer an express service (21 days) with a small surcharge. We provide weekly production updates and photos.
Do you provide warranty and after-sales support?
Yes, we offer a 1-year warranty on all furniture. For overseas distributors, we provide technical support, spare parts, and replacement parts within 15 days for any quality issues.
