We are a factory spanning 20,000 square meters. You are welcome to visit our facility or our booths at major furniture exhibitions like CIFF Guangzhou or Shanghai.
Do you offer product samples?
Yes, we provide samples for a fee. However, if you place a future order for at least one container, the sample fee will be fully refunded to you.
Can you provide customized product services?
Absolutely. Our professional design team can work with your design pictures and detailed information to create the specific product you need.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our minimum order is currently 5 sets.
What are the available payment terms?
We require a 30% deposit for standard products and a 50% deposit for custom products. The balance is collected before shipment via TT, L/C, Ali Pay, or Cash.
What kind of warranty do you offer?
We provide a 1-year general product warranty and a 2-year warranty specifically for the internal iron frame structure.
