Are you a factory? How can I visit?
We are a sofa & chair manufacturer located in China. Our facility covers 10,000 square meters. You can visit our factory or see our booth at major international furniture fairs. Please contact us for detailed directions.
What is your MOQ for these chairs?
The MOQ is 6 pieces for EXW terms. For FOB terms, a 20'GP container is standard, and we accept mixing different items to fulfill the container.
Can you customize products for specific projects?
Yes, we can manufacture special designs or customize our existing designs in terms of size, upholstery material, and frame materials (metal or wood) through our R&D department.
How do you ensure product quality?
Quality is our priority. Every production process is checked by our QC manager individually before delivery. Customers are also welcome to inspect products before shipping.
How long does delivery take?
Normally, production takes around 30 to 35 days, but we can adjust this based on your specific shipping schedule.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept T/T and L/C at sight as secure and convenient payment methods.
